great customer service; I went thru the online process to convert my color logo to grayscale as recommended; got a call from customer service saying that what I saw onscreen was not exactly how my logo would appear; they explained the process in detail and sent me a new mock-up showing exactly how it would appear. They added some 'white space' around one image that overlapped another, so that we'd get good definition. Looked great and the printed koozies looked exactly like they said they would.

In all honesty. CustomInk.com has been a pleasure to work with. You can't say that for many companies anymore, especially online stores. Their website is easy and fun to use. The customer service was prompt and professional, prices were reasonable and ship time was great. When we got the shirts we noticed they were good quality and the screenprinting was done very well.
